Information Records

Holy Heart Juniors maintains detailed academic records for every student, documenting attendance, classes taken, and grades earned throughout each school year. Student records move up with the child from one grade level to the next, ensuring accuracy and continuity.

To protect student privacy, all transcript and record requests must be submitted in writing and must include a signed release from the parent or legal guardian.

How to Request Student Records:

Please include the following details in your written request:

  • Student’s full name (as registered in school records).
  • Student’s date of birth.
  • Month and year the student last attended Holy Heart Juniors.
  • Whether the student completed the academic session or withdrew earlier.
  • The specific records required (e.g., report cards, transfer certificate, immunization records, etc.).
  • The purpose for which the records are needed (education, admission, verification, employment, identification, etc.).
  • Complete postal address(es) where the documents should be sent.
  • Signature of the parent or legal guardian.
  • If the student is above the legally required age, the student’s own signature is accepted.
  • For requests sent by mail, include a copy of a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s licence or Aadhar card) to verify identity.

How to Submit Your Request

Requests may be submitted:

  • In person at the school office, or
  • Via mail to the administrative office

All requests must include:

  • The completed written request
  • Required proof of identity
  • Applicable fee

Fees for Records

  • Rs. 200 – Lost Report Card (Duplicate issuance)
  • Rs. 200 – Transfer Certificate (TC)

Payment must accompany the request for processing to begin.
